MDSVISA Immigration Services was founded by Muga Rajbhandari, a former Nepali lawyer and past President of the Association of Nepalese in Quebec (ANQ). Besides his busy professional life, he has been actively involved in community development activities and helping people in need as an active community worker since his arrival in Canada. Currently, he serves as an Advisor for the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Canada locally and through Room to Read globally, aiming to reach 15 million children by 2020.
