To qualify for the Skilled Worker in Manitoba Pathway, your employer must be legally registered and operational in Manitoba and capable of offering full-time, long-term employment.
Work experience gained through self-employment, unauthorized work, or full-time study won’t be counted towards eligibility.
Individuals in roles such as self-employed, business owners, owner-operators, or independent contractors supporting the application are ineligible, and their Manitoba work experience won’t be considered.
Skilled Worker Overseas:
Able to furnish documents proving residency and establishment in Manitoba, demonstrating continuous residence in the province for at least one year (e.g., copy of Manitoba Health Card).
