Occupations in Demand: For recruiting workers for in-demand occupations from outside Canada with PEI Immigration Office authorization.
Intermediate Experience: For recruiting workers from outside Canada with intermediate experience and PEI Immigration Office authorization.
Skilled Worker Outside Canada:
Full-time, non-seasonal job offer in TEER category 0, 1, 2, or 3 from a PEI employer.
Employer authorization from PEI Immigration.
Two years of full-time work experience in the last five years.
Legal status in the country of residence.
Post-secondary degree or diploma (minimum two-year program).
Aged 18-59.
CLB/NCLC 4 language proficiency or employer validation.
Sufficient financial resources.
Genuine intention to settle in PEI.
Skilled Worker Inside PEI:
Full-time, non-seasonal job offer in TEER category 0, 1, 2, or 3 from a PEI employer.
Two years of full-time work experience in the last five years.
Valid work permit.
Legal status in the country of residence.
Post-secondary degree or diploma (minimum two-year program).
Aged 18-59.
CLB/NCLC 4 language proficiency or employer validation.
Sufficient financial resources.
Genuine intention to settle in PEI.
Critical Worker:
Full-time, non-seasonal job offer in TEER category 4 or 5 from a PEI employer.
Six months of full-time work experience with the employer.
Valid work permit.
Secondary school diploma.
Aged 18-59.
Two years of full-time work experience or relevant education in the last five years.
CLB/NCLC 4 language proficiency.
Sufficient financial resources.
Genuine intention to settle in PEI.
International Graduate:
Graduation from a publicly-funded PEI institution.
Full-time, non-seasonal job offer from a PEI employer.
Valid post-graduate work permit.
Interview if required.
TEER category 0, 1, 2, or 3: Employer validation of language proficiency.
TEER category 4 or 5: CLB/NCLC 4 language proficiency.
Aged 18-59.
Sufficient financial resources.
Genuine intention to settle in PEI.
Express Entry:
Meet requirements of a federal economic immigration program.
Create and maintain a Federal Express Entry profile.
Preference for those working and living in PEI with an eligible employer.
PGWP holders and spouses must show nine months of continuous work with the PEI employer and have at least four months remaining on the work permit at EOI submission.
Occupations in Demand:
Full-time, non-seasonal job offer in specific NOC codes (e.g., Nurse aides, Transport truck drivers).
One year of full-time work experience related to the job.
Aged 18-59.

CLB/NCLC 4 language proficiency.
