Accepted into the Express Entry Pool with a registered profile and Job Seeker Validation Code.
Valid job offer from an NWT employer.
One year of full-time experience in the relevant occupation within the last 10 years.
Required certification and work experience per NOC code.
Meet language requirements.
Not a refugee claimant.
Business Stream
Invest $200,000 CDN (inside Yellowknife) or $100,000 CDN (outside Yellowknife).
Own at least 33.3% of the business unless personal equity investment is $1,000,000 CDN.
Personal net worth of $500,000 CDN (inside Yellowknife) or $250,000 CDN (outside Yellowknife).
Language proficiency of CLB 4 in English or NCLC 4 in French.
Test results must be from IELTS, CELPIP (English), or TEF (French) and no older than two years.
