February 1, 2016 – Mon projet Québec

Quebec immigration is accepting 2800 skilled worker applications online since February 16, 2016. However, only candidates with an account under the Mon projet Québec may submit an application for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ).

According to the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI), the application intake period will end on March 31, 2016 at the latest.

You can submit your application at any time, except from January 25 to February 17. However, you must have a job offer validated by the Ministère or be a temporary resident. Then you can submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ).

Your application may receive priority processing if:

  • you are submitting an application under the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (Québec experience program – PEQ);
  • you have a valid job offer;
  • OR you have earned points under the factor Area of Training.
What is Mon projet Québec

It is an online immigration application management system created by the Québec Government. It is to process applications under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. Further, it allows candidates to edit and complete applications for a CSQ; such as make payment online, follow the status of the application, make changes to the application, access personal electronic messaging, and so forth.

Due to limited access to the Mon Projet, you might need to try every now and then to log into the site.
