Quebec immigration is accepting 2800 skilled worker applications online since February 16, 2016. However, only candidates with an account under the Mon projet Québec may submit an application for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ).

According to the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI), the application intake period will end on March 31, 2016 at the latest. You can submit your application at any time, except from January 25 to February 17. However, you must have a job offer validated by the Ministère or be a temporary resident. Then you can submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ).
